The Problem
Studios running client work off email and shared drives constantly lose track of which file version a client actually approved, how many rounds of revisions are left on a project before it's out of scope, and whether a designer taking on a new brief actually has the capacity for it — so scope creep, missed deadlines, and overloaded designers are discovered after the fact instead of prevented.

Design studios don't lose time because they lack talent — they lose it chasing status in email threads, guessing which file version a client last saw, and finding out a designer is overbooked only after a deadline slips. This system puts every project on one board that moves through Briefing, In Progress, Client Review, and Revisions before it's Delivered, ties every deliverable to a version history with a client-facing approve/request-changes decision, counts revision rounds against what was actually contracted, and gives the studio a live read on which designer has room for the next brief and which one is already overloaded.
