Privacy Policy

Krendix is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it, in line with Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

We collect the information you provide through our intake chatbot and registration process — including your name, email address, phone number, and business details; the content of your conversations with our chatbot and project team; payment records related to your project (Krendix does not collect or store your card or bank account details directly); and any project files you upload to your client portal.

We use the information we collect to deliver our services, communicate with you about your project, process payments, send notifications by email and in-app, and improve Krendix's own offerings. We do not use your information for anything beyond these purposes.

Krendix uses a small number of functional cookies — not third-party advertising trackers. These include a cookie that remembers you've accepted our qualifying questions before starting a project, a chat session cookie that keeps your conversation with our intake chatbot connected before you register, and authentication session cookies that keep you signed in to the client portal or admin dashboard. We also use a basic analytics cookie to understand how visitors use our public site — which pages are viewed, approximate location (country/city, derived from your network connection), and general device type. This data is used only in aggregate to understand site usage and is not used to identify you personally.

Krendix does not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us deliver our services — such as SendGrid for sending emails and Cloudinary for storing uploaded files — and only to the extent necessary for that purpose. If we begin using a third-party payment processor, that provider will only receive the information it needs to process your payment.

We keep your information for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit who at Krendix can view your information.

Krendix's services are not directed at, or intended for use by, children under the age of 18.

Krendix may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
