The Problem
Small and mid-sized NGOs frequently track field activities in one notebook, program budgets in a separate spreadsheet, and donor reporting deadlines from memory or a shared calendar — so a program officer can't say with confidence how many beneficiaries have actually been reached against target, a grant report deadline gets missed because nothing surfaced it in time, and reconstructing which activities funded which numbers for a donor report becomes a scramble at report time instead of something the system already knows.
What We Built
NGOs report to two audiences at once — the communities they serve and the donors who fund it — and both depend on numbers that have to add up. This system ties field work directly to program impact: logging a distribution or training session in the field immediately adds its reached count to that program's overall progress, instead of the two living in separate spreadsheets that need reconciling before a donor report is due. Every grant is linked to the program it funds with its own reporting deadline, every expense is logged against a program's budget so remaining balance is always current, and a searchable beneficiary registry keeps a real record of who's actually been served, not just a running total.
