The Problem
Independent filling stations often track tank stock, pump sales, and fuel deliveries in three disconnected places — a logbook for deliveries, a notepad for meter readings, a guess for how much is actually left in each tank — so a station owner frequently can't say with confidence which tank is about to run dry, whether a pump's reported sales actually match what left the tank, or when the price was last changed and by how much.
What We Built
Filling stations run on a handful of numbers that all have to stay honest against each other: how much fuel is actually in each tank, how much each pump has sold since the shift started, and what the pump price is right now. This system ties them together instead of tracking them separately — recording a pump's meter reading draws the sold volume straight down from the tank it's connected to, so the tank gauges reflect real consumption instead of a number someone updates once a day; logging a delivery tops the destination tank back up and lands in a permanent delivery log with the supplier and tanker plate; and updating a pump price logs the change with a timestamp instead of just silently overwriting the old one.
