The Problem

Multi-location retailers commonly run POS, an online store, and WhatsApp sales as three disconnected systems — so a storefront order can be confirmed against stock that a branch has actually already sold in person, a manager has no single view of which location is overstocked and which is about to run out of the same item, and WhatsApp orders are tracked in a chat thread with no link back to real inventory until someone remembers to update a spreadsheet.

What We Built

A multi-location retailer's hardest problem isn't any one channel — it's that POS, an online storefront, and WhatsApp orders each draw down the same physical stock without ever talking to each other, and no single screen shows what's actually happening across every branch at once. This system unifies all three: every sale, regardless of channel or location, lands in one feed; every product's stock is visible per branch and in total, with low-stock flagged the moment a location dips under its reorder point; stock can be transferred between branches directly from a product's own detail view instead of a phone call and a guess; and WhatsApp orders — which aren't a real checkout, just a chat — get a proper confirmation step that deducts real stock from a real location the moment an order is fulfilled, so a WhatsApp sale is never invisible to the rest of the business.

Key Features

  • A unified sales feed across POS, storefront, and WhatsApp — filterable by channel and by location — so every sale is visible in one place regardless of where it happened
  • Stock levels shown per location and in total for every product, with reorder-level alerts surfaced the moment a branch runs low
  • Stock transfer directly between branches from a product's own detail view, plus a quick restock log for incoming deliveries
  • A WhatsApp order queue with real confirmation — fulfilling an order deducts stock from the chosen branch and lands in the same sales feed as every other channel
  • Per-product channel control, so a product can be marked available on POS only, online only, or across all three
  • An operations overview — total sales across every channel, orders today, pending WhatsApp orders, and low-stock alerts at a glance
