Nigerian primary and secondary schools are frequently run on a mix of paper attendance registers, a spreadsheet for continuous assessment scores, and a separate exercise book for fee payments — so a form teacher can't say what a student's attendance rate is without counting by hand, the accounts office has no single view of who's owing across the school, and a parent asking "how is my child doing" means pulling three different records instead of one.
What We Built
A school's admin office runs on the same handful of records every single day: who's in class, how each student is performing, who still owes fees, and what's on the timetable. This system puts all four in one place instead of scattered across a paper register, a spreadsheet, and a separate fee ledger. A teacher marks the morning register straight into the system, the gradebook computes each student's total and letter grade the moment a score is entered, the fee office can see exactly who's owing per class and record a payment on the spot, and a student's full profile — attendance history, grades, and fee status — is one click away instead of three different folders.
